  • Access : At WINDS, the customer/user is in full control of what they want to upload or access. For an advanced and effective mechanism for this, WINDS provides an advanced and easy set of access, encryption and logging method.

  • Storage: The content is stored by the user and such content is not replicated without the agreement of the user except to comply with the law or binding order of any court of law.

  • Security: WINDS protects the data of its users through end to end encryption.

  • Data deletion: The data of the Customer/ User is secured with the WINDS. However, at the time of deletion or uninstallation of the account from the WINDS platform, the Customer/User may send a mail at the grievance cell i;e, and within 2 working days of such mail/request, the entire data of the Customer/User will be deleted from the platform.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
